Richard John Andrews was established as an architecture and design studio in 2017, since then we have built a studio ethos of collaboration, connection and discovery within the field of architecture, stretching into the arts, furniture and sculpture.
Conceived with a strongly holistic approach of growing a studio from a place of comfort the home-grown studio allows our team to create beautiful, engaging and brief focused buildings and designs for our clients. With the small studio always open to tackling larger commissions and collaboration in a variety of locations and sectors, Richard and his team require an element of digital nomadism and archi-preneural-ism.
The studio also champions the development of emerging talent, freelance designers and different design creatives in order to fulfil larger project requirements. This approach has seen the studio collaborate with renowned artists, emerging product designers and allows him to be joined in his studio on a regular basis by exceptionally creative minds.
Our design process nurtures a strong client - creative relationship that results in honest architectural statements that embody a highly crafted approach to materiality, form and spatial experience.
